I guess who we play after the cup semi and cup final may have a bearing on where we finish.

In fact Saints might be playing their reserves against us after guaranteeing top spot. Crazy system all round.

Cas v Wigan on Friday in a rearranged game. Cas don't have anyone else in the top five to play after that before the split so they will probably be too far ahead of us to be able to catch them in the Super 8s.

Our only hope is that Warrington go on a bad run and that our away form improves.

Mathematically we still might not make the 8 I think. Even if we lose all our remaining games Hull KR and Widnes win all theirs they can't catch us, but my head hurts from the permutations whereby Catalans, Hudds and/or Salford could reel us in.
