Getting totally fed up with these unsubstantiated rumours that initially raise our hopes only to disappoint us when reality kicks in. As we have only got seven matches before the split, if we are going to get anyone else to help us in the horrible survival dog fight which the middle eights is, the club need some extra real quality very soon. Don,t want to be relying on key players being back and fit in time, that,s a very dangerous tactic. If our opponents start signing quality players for the eights and we don,t I for one will be hacked off. We must not go down again. Fingers crossed the club know what they are doing.
Only 31, i thought he was a few years older. Always rated him when i have seen him play. Rough, tough and talent a plently. 64 tries in 272 games isnt bad for the type of player he is. If it was to be correct that he is available he would certainly be a major prioroty to sign at least a 1 and half year deal, providing he is not demanding the moon and stars! He is exactly the type of player we are crying out for at this exact time.
Plus i would imagine a visa should be as straight forward as it comes due to his time a Saints. (may even have citizinship as he was at Saints for 4 years).
