after last weeks performance I would say it is a must win. I think we remain in the same position no matter what happens in the other games , so for me its more about getting back on track against a team we should be snatching a win.

For me this is definitely a must win.
Win this and we go 7 points clear of the bottom 4, lose and we are 3 points clear and things will all of a sudden looking very gloomy table wise. At this stage in the season this is a real 4 pointer.

Well... no Homme Vaste, it's just a 2 pointer just like every other league fixture.

It would certainly be good to go 7 clear, might just settle a few of the nerves that have appeared.

I don't normally get into the "must win" thing as it is just two points just the same as every other game from a league position point of view, as Trinity18 says. But in this instance my statement misses the point. As long as we win enough games to make the 8 it doesn't matter ho we beat.............but momentum, team spirit, mood of the fans, perception of the media all make a difference to how the rest of the games go. If we lose this game it is one more game we have to win against a big boy team but if we win it lifts the mood all around the club and when you are a poor and under resourced team like ours, team spirit and fan support are a big deal. We are not down if we lose and we are not necessarily in the bottom 4 either, but a win will push us on much more than 2 points. It's important. And I'm sure Chester knows that too.

I think wins this weekend and then against Widnes in the next match are vital. Following those two we then have Wigan, Warrington, Saints again and without a couple of wins under our belt going into those games I think we are really looking down the barrel.

It probably is must win but i think we will win and it will be relatively comfortable in the end. After a tight start we'll do them by three or four scores i reckon. We got it wrong last week but i expect us to rectify it even with a couple of interesting team selections.

After seeing Widnes v Saints I think Widnes are a pretty decent side and got the rough end of a few decisions which could have made it a more interesting game.
If I had to say who was the more difficult team to beat out of Huddersfield and Widnes I would say Widnes are a better side. On that basis I think we should throw everything to try to beat Huddersfield in Newcastle.
