Production park is the studios and education facility at South Kirkby, I think Backstage Academy are part of that 'community' at the SK facility.

That sounds like they are nowhere near a solution that the club is happy with, only one that Manni is happy with.

TRB says on there that he believes there's a will to do something now and that he's more hopeful now than he has been for a while. So looks like something might be happening in the background as he probably still has a decent inkling of what's going on.
