What do you mean by that exactly?

I agree.

However, in fairness, he had heck of a job on at Wakefield. And at Rovers he was an interim head coach implementing somebody else’s plan.

So while neither went well, he didn’t have the resources in one case and didn’t have the authority in the other.

A friend of mine reckons Tom Hanks is nothing special as an actor, but he picks his lead roles brilliantly. James Webster might actually have the potential to be a decent head coach - but he’s been ‘brave’ in the jobs he’s taken on.

To speed this along, they are suggesting you’re a Hull fan masquerading as a Rovers fans. As you’re no doubt aware this happens from time to time and is invariably executed with spectacular incompetence. Therefore, I tend to find it hilarious but others get annoyed - understandably I suppose.

So if you are really a Hull fan, why not expedite the process by suggesting in your next post that Hudgell step aside and hand over to Tony Larvin or that we should never have let Albert Kelly go? :)

If you’re a Rovers fan with the odd slightly leftfield opinion - welcome to the board!

Another way of looking at the season so far is that any club aiming for 6-8 that,s had the crappy decisions we,ve had from the useless officials that in my opinion have cost us at least five points, added to the fact that we,ve got a long long injury list depriving the team of crucial players, would always end up in the play offs.
Not what we want, but there it is.
Where would we be without being on the wrong end of "dubious" calls too often and with a healthy squad.
I suspect we wouldn't be having these discussions.
Lets get behind the team.

I imagine almost every supporter of every team below 6th position would say the same.

The ref wasn’t at fault at either Leeds game, Les Cats away or the derby, those results were down to the squad being mediocre at best.

Arguably, had Lunt and/or Mags been playing vs Hull the result may have been different; we’ll never know but it highlights how bang average the rest are when the starting 1, 7 & 13 can’t carry the replacement 6 & 9 (both of whom have SL experience).

As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil.

Slight flaw in your request, as if any Hull fan would understand what expedite means!

It did also occur to me that there may be some highly competent sleepers, but how would we know? Trust no-one!
