As an existing Trinity TV member do you have to re-register a new membership?

No. The link sent me to a reset password page. Then to a log in page, but it asked for my email, not username, which is different, and perhaps where people are getting stuck. Once logged in with my email and new password, went straight to the page.

Thanks but the only email I have received is telling me my trial subscription to Trinity TV has begun, and nothing else.

Check your spam folder. My email software thinks the first one might be a scam and warns about clicking on the link.

First email has the heading "Welcome to the new home of Trinity TV" and has the link in the email.

Slugger, nothing in my Spam folder! Will have to ring the club.
