Didn't MC say though in about February, that they were hoping to get something agreed and signed by end of the month. Maybe, just maybe that the final negotiations have taken a little longer to be agreed.

That said, yes Wilzay, he might just trying to earn brownie points for his so called best buddy with elections coming up.

Haven’t had any contact from the landlord of BV since January other then to inform me we now have a joint landlord in another Wakefield businessman!! So I’ve no idea what his tweet means
