In 2 weeks? It'll take 2 months for him to get back into shape.

It makes you wonder how cas can fit him and watts under the cap and still have such a competitive squad. They obviously get the best out of lower paid players and will have a very good pack when westerman arrives.

As a Cas fan, I have heard the rumour but I hope it is wrong.

I heard he was Wakefield bound, just glad it's not us he's linked with!

Could well be a good move by Hull releasing Wattsy if Westerman is on his way back to Yorkshire. Don't thinks is a coincidence Watts as player improved massively once Westerman had left us.
Could have been a very good player but never seems to work hard enough to become the player that everyone thought he would be.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
I'll be surprised if we sign him especially after getting rid of Watts due to discipline issues. Speaking to several people in the Cas area he is indeed a Big time Charlie who will not fit in with the culture the club has cultivated.
His best position is a ball playing loose forward but we are well covered in that area. The only possibility is that he could sign on loan with a view to replace Mini next season.
On another note Toronto must be absolutely minted if they can afford to write off a £140k asset.
