He may well have been dropped, but given that he put in a big effort in defence last Monday and Friday may be he is being rested. Boring I know and not sufficiently anti Radford for some but there you go.

I like the look of the starting 13, pleased for Litten getting a game. I'm suprised to see Downs in, would have though Abdul, Turgut and Lane would be in front of him

Turgut has not impressed this season. Abdul and Lane I suspect is just squad rotation.

Lane rested
Abdull dropped
Turgut injured
Weak Widnes side due to injuries so probably a good time to play Litten and Downs to show what he can do
