Radford doesn't have the ability to take us any further, 2016 was his best chance of winning the league title with a squad that was well over the cap AND virtually injury free. I predicted us in 1st at the beginning of the season but frankly he's not being able to instil in the team what's required to be a top club, we're a bit like Warrington a few years ago but without reaching a GF. We have a great squad, we have a great youth system and yet the teams ability to score tries in the red zone has gone backwards and whilst at times our defence is awesome the same holes/frailties appear time and again.
