if we play like last night, I agree, we have no real grunt in the forwards, and can't complete a tackle without three men in it, and not wrapping the ball up. I don't get this "mental fatigue" rubbish either, these are professional players earning at least double the average salary in Hull.
Last night was blumin awful, attack was pedestrian and predictable.

If you took a little time to read what people put instead of getting yourself into a frothy frenzy trying to look clever you might be a little more credible
Yes you did, you said season over at the split, can't mean anything else can it! You obviously don't rate the cup either, as you said it's season over at round 23

I'm (as ever) struggling to find your point?
stay in London, keep embarassing yourself posting tripe. The only person your opinion matters to are the voices in your head.
Enjoy your Saturday, I hope it isn't raining like it is here.

The fixtures have been a little skewed so far with arguably our toughest four away games already played. That we failed to win any is unfortunate but we only won one of them last season.
We probably need another five wins from thirteen to make the top eight and eight or nine to ensure four home games.
Good context. Any team needs some element of luck and we’ve done well with injuries over the last two years, not so much this. Coupled with Watts leaving (massive call) and a tough run of fixtures, it doesn’t look great ATM. The positives for me have been our centres who’ve been great, Taylor, back to his best, and the number of homegrown players now establishing themselves as SL players. But we’re struggling in the back row - last year we had Ellis, Manu and Mini, last night it was Washy, Lane, Fash. No disrespect intended whatever but you can’t expect parity of performance. As said already, target one is 5 more wins. Won’t be easy with half a dozen sidelined. I certainly wouldn’t want to be in the middle 8s, not just to avoid the MPG but doubt it would help your cause if the league reduces to 10 as rumoured.

Plenty of effort last night , well beaten by a good Saints side . Our pack this season can’t seem to get us on the front foot like the last couple of seasons. We are finding it hard to gain territory. Worryingly another 2 injures picked up . On that note , we seem to be picking up a lot of calf injuries. Just a coincidence?

Absolute nonsense, that simply cannot happen for next season at the very least and we will not be in the M8s Home grown players are "establishing themselves" as std squad players, as Kirk Dixon said last year and this, our youngsters simply lack quality and experience and its noticeable. Only Fash is really a 1st XVII std player.
Radford's inability to develop players over the last 4 years is starting to show as it did last year and the salary cap problems stemming from the poop or bust 2016 season are continuing to effect us. Still think Watts was sold on for £100k due to disciplinary reasons, not even close. We couldn't even get a bustling young kid from London Broncos under the cap or anyone else with experience to replace Watts. Keep swallowing what Radford and Pearson dump off into your head!
