Got the word today, he was pi**ed off for not playing and not happy. As for the transfer thing, been up in the air since before the end of last season. Four clubs in for him. Three Super League and One in Australia, all made him better offers than The Broncos, whose deal he turned down. Worryingly, we have other young players in similar situations.

How many of the youngsters leave the club and succeed? Clubb /LMS/Sarginson had made it when they left. This lad can't even get a start in the championship.
He will leave his home, his mates, move to a new city and not get a game with the firsts. He will move out on duel reg to teams below our standard. Can he maintain focus for the next couple of years????
Wire-Quin you are right. If he had stayed another season, become an established player, he would have got his move for probably a better contract. He has got this move from his performances in three games last year. He has got his work cut out to prove his worth.
But he will probably be on better money so hey ho. Think we are all pretty much on the same page on this one, I hope the bloke does well, but it’s too soon. Ull might be quite a culture shock for him.
As i am from Hull i can certainly confirm that. I think the Oscar Thomas example is the obvious one. Bradford signed him on the back of a Summer Bash performance, that didnt end well..........................

Hull will be more like Castleford from a coaching sense and should improve Lewis as a player, but so would Wigan and Saints.
Bradford were a basket case and The agent(s) who took the Broncos players up there need to have a harder look at themselves rather than their bank balances.

May have signed a week early. Hull connected with Darcy Lussick. Who is rumoured to be leaving Manly as they reorganise after their salary cap punishment.
Or maybe he signed just in time, had he waited another week they might not have signed him. Hey you can’t knock the bloke, he was not a shoe in for a start with us, why not go somewhere where arguably he will be coached to a higher standard, presumably getting paid more and cheaper to live. It’s a decent contract they gave him so must be worth it for him
