Impressive highlight reel. Best part of 20 stone as a 19 year old, Christ!
Who has debuted under Radford in 4.5 years that is a starting XVII player that has come through the ranks? ... Answer no-one, forward or back, Radford hasn't developed anyone to a starting XVII std. Players have come straight in from outside, most youngsters have dropped away and being released so I don't agree that he is pretty good at doing so. The nearest is Brad Fash who by next year be most likely be in the starting 17 when other players like Minichello depart. In the timescale it's a shocking indictment of how poor Radford and his team are at developing our homegrown talent.
As for Lewis, saw him at London last year, big lad and impressive when he gets a head of steam as can be seen, fair skittles the smaller players over (and also highlights poor tackling technique on bigger players) Keeps his head screwed on and knuckles down he could become a massive deal in SL and beyond, it's a very good signing by the club, extended Highlights reel https://youtu.be/pd2BGwXjjqU

The only reason it has taken so long for Radford to bring these players though is the poor handling of youth players from Gentle and Agar, Gentle wanted to get rid of Shaul and didn't want to play Lineham luckily Radford stopped both from happening.
Radford has not only given debuts to loads of young players and developed them him and his team have developed some established players like Bowden, Houghton, Hadle, Green, Shaul and watts.
Regularly players like Abdul, Fash, Masi etc are getting gsmetime.
So to say that Radford and his team are poor at developing players is total nonsense.
