Short term pain, long term gain, etc. Something Remoaners simply cannot grasp.

Look on the bright side. If Comrade Cob gets into No.10 perhaps he can pull a few strings with his buddies and we can get a free trade deal with the Российская империя.

There you go with that phrase again, that's the bit I can't grasp.

Fingers crossed, I should be good for another twenty, will I see the long term gain?

Would these be the same people who pay £160,000 for a game of tennis with Boris Johnson? You know, the wife of one of Putin's ministers.

Not necessarily - it might be the ones who donated 800 grand to the Tories in the past year - so don't be jumping to conclusions.

Meanwhile, Corbyn is a Kremlin stooge because he advocated that due process and international agreements around CW should be followed; but hey, look at this doctored picture of him in a funny hat, the daft old Commie!

The Maybot has seized on the spy attack as her very own Falklands; she couldn't summon up a single convincing human interaction during the GE campaign, but 24 hours after 2 people were poisoned with a deadly nerve agent, she was on the streets of Salisbury fist-bumping and taking selfies with a baby. It's fishy to say the least.

Oh and mods - I shan't be taking any further action against the poster who advocated earlier in this thread that I should be executed live on TV; I think he is a fair recipient of the 'diminished responsibility' defence, and I have no wish to waste the courts time.

The current government stance is laughable. All of a sudden they're interested in where the Russian money, which has been flooding the London property market, has come from, as if it's a revelation which has only just come to light. Investigative journalists have been shining a light into the murky world of anonymous Russian and Ukrainian buyers in London for years.

For some reason they are also suddenly interested in the 14 other Russians dying in suspicious circumstances in the UK.

Back on topic - it would appear some common sense is beginning to prevail - as I said before a deal has to be a good deal for both parties even Junkar has seen the light. They might even see the light on the Irish border?

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

You're really repeating the accusation the BBC doctored Comrade Cob's Lenin cap to make him look MORE Russian?

Classic.
