Thanks for this weeks diary Wilf, all points very swell made in a well thought out fashion, another adventure starts on Thursday and all us black n whites are ,looking forward to it.

once again a very interesting diary wilf.as you know ,I can no longer travel down from Edinburgh for the games because of health reasons,so really look forward to reading the diary.along with listening to the games on my laptop,and seeing the televised games,I do'nt feel as though I am missing much,except for being their to savour the atmosphere.

Not certain W ilf but believe Mally Owerbridge played in 69 yorks cup final as Arthur was injured.Also the picture with Roy Francis I believe you may find from left to right are Nan Stan Cowan,George Matthews and Ivor Watts.Love your diary you have the same pedigree as me born 1950 first big game 1956 champ final and seen them all since.C.O.U.H.
