Doubt we will be recruiting anyone else this yeas/next season now, unless somebody suddenly becomes available. sure GH will have some money tucked away just in case.

I'd cut short Delaney and Galloway's deals right now imo - certainly Galloways. He says next season is his last, he's very very injury prone now. Thanks but see you later, Golloway's quota spot and sal cap is a waste imo.

The things is, if you pay them off it comes out of your cap anyway. Then you have less to sign someone with. So it's not really that straight forward. Unless you don't mind breaking the cap

Downside Galloway and Delaney are both injury prone. But I thought whilst they weren't injured they played pretty well last year Galloway in particular. If next season sees the end of their contracts then go for a mobile barnstorming forward with attitude. BMM would be the ideal type we should be looking at.

I wouldn't even properly describe Galloway as injury prone even though he's had these two big ones with his Achilles. It's not like Delaney which is knee one time, hamstring the next, then groin, then back etc. If Galloway comes back ok from this one I would t be too worried or expectant of him breaking down again.
Delaney is about 5th choice backrower now, he still plays well when fit and around 15 games for a 5th choice isn't the end of the world that we need to get rid now when his contract is up at the end of this season anyway.
Whilst it may not be to everyone's agreement I think the club see something in sticking with guys who have helped them be successful and not just ditch them at the first sign.

I think Myler & Dwyer are good signings whereas Petaru has the size & potential to have a strong impact. I think the likes of Sutcliffe & Walker will be very good & have a huge impact whilst Parcell will be even better. Dwyer adds another dimention from the bench. Wuth everyone fit my starting 17 would be Walker Hall Sutty Watkins Briscoe Moon Myler Singo Parcell Garbutt Ward Ablett Cuthbo
Mullally Dwyer Petaru/Oledjski Jjb

No room for Ferres? I hope we see the best of him this season, after a full pre-season, and injury free, he should be back to his best, in fact the club should be demanding it.
