You should never spit Karen , Never!

If spitting into the passing curb or field to get rid of some stubborn phlegm whilst out running is the worst thing I can do, then I think I'm doing alright personally.

Imagine all those signs having to be changed. MILOUDING IS PROHIBITED.

What was the outcome of the charge against him?

Nothing, it's all gone very quiet. Maybe he's back in France at the moment.

Nothing mentioned about his disciplinary from the Doncaster end either .

So spitting is worse than punching. If is grade f then it's worse than fighting, cannonball tackles, chicken wings, head shots etc etc.

I've never seen someone who was spat at on crutches.

Ridiculous if that disciplinary grading is true.
