Just no real desire tonight and totally wrong mindset and mental attitude. Bonus tonight was Leeds keeping St's at bay. Cant even say we made Huddersfield look good as they still looked a poor side we were just far far worse.
Dont agree about Huddersfield a poor side Wouldnt mind Taai or Ikahihifo in our team. They busted us up the middle I think we all know now Carlos is not a half back.Your right Radford should have switched or even started Connor at half back
... Connor was switching to halfback when we had possession, but it didn't work particularly well, as Carlos ended up "out of position" more often than not.
And I thought Huddersfield looked a decent side tonight.
Odd how when we lose many on here say the opposition was poor.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

It wasn't difficult to bust through the middle as the defence and attempts to tackle were pretty & poor embarrassing. Just poor all round and need to move on.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
Trains from Manchester were in a mess last night so didn't make it to the game, sounds like I didn't miss much from an FC perspective, not playing Connor and Sneyd as the starting halves is baffling, but Lee knows what he's doing. It might work in our favour, (the defeat), who knows, we'll find out a week and 15 hours from now.
Put it down as a bad day at the office and a good performance by Huddersfield, even if they "only" took advantage of our mistakes.what we can't do, MUSTN'T do, is get thrashed at Wembley, if only because I couldn't stand the smug Clarke and other pundits on the roundup programmes afterwards.
Such a shame that in Gaz's first game after publicly announcing his retirement and in his 450th super league match his team mates could not find half the level of enthusiasm of Gaz and turn out a decent performance for their mate and captain. Gaz, Wattsy, Griffin and Connor aside there wasn't 1 player who covered themselves in glory last night. As well as Hudds played and they didn't need to be world beaters to win, our defence was too soft, lazy and easily broken and our attack stagnant until the last 10. Hardly a fitting tribute to Gaz or send off for Wembley week.
