They do but im pretty sure baldwinson could do a 10 min stint in the second row to a lot better standard than walters if needed, atleast he wouldnt fall off every tackle but most of the time our benches are crying out for an extra prop anyways. Walters is one of the worst players iv ever seen at leeds and to be a forward seemingly behind him in the pecking order for a spot in the 17 isnt a good outlook for him to stay at leeds

Baldwinson is not super league standard and never will be. He does not even stand out at championship standard. He has had plenty of game time this year and showed nothing. Unlike mullally who has improved out of sight this year. It's no great loss losing him good luck to him we're ever he ends up.

Agree about Walters dire player
Baldwinson might not make it long term, but you are wrong on what you put. He has stood out at championship level, very well. He also as never once in his limited chances with us, done anything to warrant been dropped the next game as he always has been, not in comparison to his team mates. His mistake was sticking for another year with Leeds, he should have gone end of last season, and as a result it might well effect his chances going forward. As far as we are concerned, we lose nothing, as he wasn't getting a look in anyway, but I will be surprised if a Super League club don't take a chance on him for now.

Has he really stood out fot fev most fev fans I know don't think so, he's been ok/ to decent but not a stand out. You say he has done nothing wrong when he has got a game for us but he has hardly been a handful or made any sort of impact, he's not even filled the Ian kirke breather mode. A super league club may take a punt on him, but he's in the Luke ambler jay Pitts mode, not a super league player.

He's not really played many games for Fev though, due to how we have worked this year. Last year with consistent games he was one of the Championships best, so yes he has stood out for Fev. I dissagree he hasn't made an impact also when playing for us. Look at his stats, they are far better in some games than his team mates in similar position. At Wigan the other week his display was way above most of his team mates, and showed exactly what he can do. That doesn't mean he will make it, but I think he should have been awarded much more chance than he has before making that decision.

Agree with this, think he'l have a decent to good super league career similar to kyle amors...Was a championship young player of the year playing the toughest position for a young player to shine. Deffinatly time to move on tho, clearly isnt rated by mcdermott

Exactly. That's mickey poor for a player trying to push for a regular place. We get these players evernow and the, were some on this forum cream themselves over and slate the coach for not giving them a chance, but when they get chances just don't do enough.mot saying baldwinson is a bad player. But he has shown in the past he lacks patience. Can't see him ever being more than a Jobing squad player at any super league club.

Did you see our total meters made in that game, and how many carries we made. It wasn't the norm, it was low across the board. It's interesting that you just wanted to look at one match and use that as a point. I would say in that game he did the role expected of Singleton, and what Singleton generally does. His tackling though was far better. But just for comparison, in a game we dominated and had full control only Friday night against Wigan this time, Singleton managed 15 carries and only 55 metres. As I said at the start, in comparison to whom he is competing with, he hasn't had a bad game at all.

Dont think anyones creaming themselves over him,no ones said he should be a regular in our strongest 17 just that if he cant get a run out above the likes of josh walters then he needs to move on for the sake of his career. When he got a run and decent minutes in the 3 games after the cas hammering he played well and didnt deserve to be dropped, think he'l have a decent super league career.
