I really cannot believe how we missed out on this kid. After all the dealings we have had with Bradford you would have thought it would tip the balance when we were considering buying him. The only thing I can think of is we didn`t offer enough money or we were not even interested. Both if true is a big worry. But hey ho we can always get an Ormandroyd or Aston for peanuts and the jury`s still out on Mullalley. Does anyone on here know more about the deal?

The kid's a free agent at the end of the year so the Bulls have no say in where he goes.
I suspect he'll have gone where he can get the best shot at first team SL rugby and a decent salary.
I had been told he was going to Leeds and was going to be loaned back to us for a year. That now looks to be inaccurate but let's wait for official confirmation.

I'm not in the know about these things but from Walker and them saying no money changes hands between them it surely has to be fees received from the club signing their player, which could be where the signing a 40k contract or 10k contract depending on his agreement with SMTM could be left liable for the difference, and in that instance it isnt them charging but the players own decision costing themselves? Like I say I know nothing about these sort of things just reading the complications around this seems to be how they have him
They can't get paid by the club. They can only work for one party or the other.

I heard the same Bullseye. If seems likely he has joined Saints I'm not sure if he would be any nearer to a first team shot there as he would at Leeds.
A lot needs changed at the club but the first thing Is it's GH that needs to go as it's him who got the coach In and after last season didint get rid also not paying a little extra for the quality that we need . Apparently that's Why JP and KS arnt at the club in some way ? What's everyone's thoughts?

We have a lot of options in the back row. Ward, Ablett, JJB are nailed on starters for Mac. He loves Delaney too. Then we have Ferres, Keinhorst even Sutty and the great Josh Walters. Bentley probably thought his chances were limited.

You want to get rid of the guy who's brought so much sustained success to the club for years in GH? Granted he needs keeping on his toes, but getting rid? Not for me.
KS is still involved at Leeds in an ambassador role. He never wanted to go into coaching, though has apparently offered his know how to the younger players etc.
JP wanted to forge his own path and cut his teeth away from Leeds, I personally believe he'll be back at Leeds in the future after the squad he led have moved on.
