My Timehop begs to differ. There were many of my friends that were sceptical especially as at the time he was in bed with Allam and many believed that he was the instigator. Thank goodness they were wrong when you see what the mad Egyptian is doing to City right now!

Thank you adam for doing what you wished you had done years ago and buying club off a load of people who had no real heart in hull and a lady placed by RFL (EFFECTIVELY HER HUSBAND! ) to ensure Gateshead board got their investment back.
As you promised in 2011 - I printed out Adams first statement of intent from website and still have it on My office wall. I believed him.
He has done exactly what he outlined. Got rid of mediocrity no longer accepting 8th place finish as measure of success. Got us regularly competing in top four and in finals. Took him bit longer than planned but learned fast and stuck with radders when pressure on in 2014 /15. Reinvested in youth structure to give sustainability to a long-term plan and backed radd er s during an expensive clear our and re culture.
It does not get much better in sport than a man who knows what he is doing with a heart and head in it and balls to stick to it.
Thank you adam. Best thing to happen to hull fc in last 20 years.

Great post My thoughts exactly.

Hmmm, without his money certain things would not be the same for sure, would the club still be competing in SL, yes it would.
Would we have won a CC without his investment, quite possibly, would we have got into the top 8 without his investment, most certainly, FC have being in the play-offs 11 times whilst in SL, under Pearson's ownership it's been 3 times so far from 5 full seasons (hopefully with a 4th to come), 8 times from 14 BEFORE, including our first season in SL.
It's not as if we hadn't already won the cup and got to finals BEFORE he came, like for like in the same time period in fact we've been to more finals before Pearson took over despite the alleged underinvestment/poor management etc. it's not as if we didn't have any youth system BEFORE he came that was actually producing youngsters, we had EIGHT Hull born players in the 2006 GF, that's no different to 2016 CC final. Do fans feel more secure in that the club is going in the right direction, the last year and a half, yes, but it certainly hasn't been all sweetness and light. AP telling some big porkies re player tranfers/salary cap, not digging deep and yet again not getting us a pair of decent/unbroken halves, failing due diligence when buying the club, encouraging an assistant to backstab the encumbant coach despite him making a final and the play-offs in his first two seasons after taking over from Agar and making headway performance wise, this move set us back 2 years and almost got us relegated. he binned off a CEO that James Clarke could only have wet dreams about being as good as.
Whilst we are the right end of the table this year and last the reality is performances on field overall are no better than before Pearson came, so please stop lourding over him as if he is a benefactor/saviour/miracle worker, he's INVESTED fairly well to make money from the club, he hasn't lost a penny, he invested in the club to secure us going forward no doubt but again that's his investment/gamble to make money.
The trend last and this has being up, it needs to stay that way, keep having youngsters coming through and cementing their place in the 17 and looking like they might get international honours, grabbing some of the big name players and us actually getting to finals/winning trophies on more than a one off/every 5 years or so basis.

Possible your worst post, which is pretty impressive.
Thanks to Pearson our club is a million times in a better position on and off the field than it was under previous ownership.
If you think our performances aren't better know than under Agar, you honestly can't have gone to any games on that era.
I'm sure that the hetheringtons would have dipped into their pockets to pay the £1m+ tax bill and support the increasing losses we've suffered against a backdrop of falling crowds. Absolutely no doubt about it. Any suggestion they'd have closed us down and a phoenix club would be playing in the championship at best are outrageous

I must have missed that run on the Play offs in 1998, you know our first season in SL
If the CEO you are referring to is Sutton, he left of his own accord to further his career.
The rest of this is typical BS based on your hate of Pearson.
Do not feel free to respond, it will be irrelevant nonsense.
