Mind set of the players is absolutely the coaches domain and he has to take responbility for that, interesting that he still won't own up to his own defficiences but will do the players. good job the fans are still cheering at home!
That was a good old scrap tonight, maybe Leeds got a couple of decisive calls, but the two assistants would have a better view than any of us on the terraces. Speaking as a Leeds fan, I thought it was a well deserved two points having lost two players so early on in the game. From a Hull perspective, I would be worried that you couldn't capililise on our injury woes and go on to win the game. It won't give us any indication as to how the semi will pan out, for me it's still a 50/50' game. Injuries and bans could still influence both teams selections, and because the refs have so many calls to make, they will always play their part. I can't wait for the semi, a sold out ground with so much animosity between the fans means it's gonna be a biggy which ever way you look at it.

Can't agree, Leeds were as dirty as ever and Hick and his assistants gave the result to Leeds, but the points are on the league table. I'd like a copy of the new set of rules Hicks was playing to, it wasn't RL all too often. The Leeds Dan's were as gracious in victory as ever (ie.Not at all) unless we get an unbiased referee I think the RFL (aka Mr Hetherington) will have London hotels booked.

Jesus you're boring at times ..team sports is unexplainable at times. Strange things happen at times..so many variables make it hard to pinpoint.. Since you know everything explain to me how mini and a few others have gone from being key men to liabilities within 3 games after months/years of consistency. How pros can't hold simple passes when unchallenged...now before you go off on 1 about man management etc and this is the bit I really want you to explain to me is given the things I've highlighted which you may want to pin on coach and could explain..how do you tally that up if it's a mindset thing with that Defence. Cos that Defence was pretty unreal at times. And in RL nothing is more honest and a truer marker of mindset than defence.. particularly goal line D

Yep we've become complacent not enough drive in attack from too many players. Is it because their too cozy with the coach? All lads together on a night out. Who is in charge?

Proper Hull tinted specs on from you it would appear . Tough to take for you, but don't make yourself look a total div by getting all dramatic. You lost a game you might have won, but your conspiracy theory is coming across as a bit 9/11 to be honest. Some you win, some you lose, but try not to act like Minichello when you don't get the rub. Which one you on about chief ? The one where he's going over the line and the ball is about 3ft in the air ? Don't think we can conclude anything from that. Why don't you get O.J Simpson's legal team on it, I'm sure they'll make a case.

Which one? The Fonua disallowed try you can clear see Walkers hands all over the ball trying the strip it rather then cover, the out come of that was a 20 metre restart meaning they judge Fonua had lost the ball over the line.
I don't need OJs lawyers for that one but again on Sky that's a different outcome and maybe a game changer.
Not excusing the team tho the 3 weeks now with poor completion rate not good enough for the top 4 but on the other hand we haven't had a 50/50 call in 3 weeks
its done now anyway, think if cameras been there it might have been given, that decision didn't cost us the game not holding the ball did, yes weve lost 3 games but win next 2 and where at Wembley and maybe 4th, the season starts then,
