Talking to Mickey Paea. Would be very good signing if we could keep him fit, play off the bench for some real impact. Pearson said door would always be open for him when he left.

We seem to look for the right character as much as playing ability so he certainly fits the bill there. I think the return of Hadley and Abdul could well be like having 2 new signings as well. Hadley definitely returning a much approved player.

The only worry with paea is his injury record since he left but I guess there are slim pickings to be had so you have to take risks. I still think we need another 2nd rower personally more than a prop

that concerns me, on two levels, 1) he has an injury record that means his value is lower anyway, 2) [and more importantly], why do we always have rules that can be circumvented with £££'s?
