No need for a second round. Enjoy the game, I hope you won't mind the non pass holders enjoying the game... maybe the BBC should broadcast on time delay and send codes out that only work after 15 minutes?
Talk of a "shambles" is just plain silly. The club aren't daft, they know what they are doing. Two tickets per member sounds wrong in principle but I bet the vast majority of members didn't take up the extra ticket. If the club had said North Stand tickets were on sale to members on Wednesday that would have made it awkward for people who have to go to work and who can't phone or go online for tickets.
They were damned either way. The semi is unlikely to sell out, they never do these days.
The shambles was people having to queue up overnight because we have no online ticketing system

Should be a ticketing system for this type of event no doubt, but I have absolutely no sympathy for anyone who queued over night as there was no need for it, it people just turned up yesterday starting around 7 and staggered through out the day it would have been the same result

Indeed, the hysteria was whipped up by some people on Social Media, Wembley isn't "pass holders only", only the ALLOCATED SEATING, as was the case here. Plenty of people go to Semi Finals and Finals who arent supporters of either team contesting.

Leeds and Wigans' online ticketing system caters for away matches all season - something the SMC could easily do, but that's another story.
Not really sure why the club doesnt sort its own online ticketing system out, especially for away / neutral venue games. Not sure we can point the finger at the SMC for this.

Can't disagree, but I wonder if the issue is that the SMC won't allow us to. They are probably "responsible" for all ticketing related facilities at the SMC, and only sub-contract them (eg ticketmaster for concerts) when they see fit.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Maybe it's expensive relative to the times it would be used in a year, which in the case of neutral venues could very well be none.
