Mini got tackled and he blew for turnover and none of the players looked like they knew it was the last. At the time I thought back about who had ran it in and unless I'm wrong only Shaul, Fonua, Watts, Manu and Mini got tackled.
You missed Talanoa on the third tackle and Bentham clearly shouts "five", our mistake.

Have watched it again and at 12-0 up, Kelly goes for the line, manages to smuggle the ball backwards and the ref pulls it back for a knock on,all he had to do was go to the screen, should of had another 6 points.

There are also plenty of Cas fans saying the excuses are BS and the penalties were justified and they were beaten by the better team.
It's like saying some comments by X fans from x team represents all fans, it's pretty clear if you've read their forum properly (or I guess you haven't otherwise you'd have read those denouncing the excuses) that there are plenty who aren't stating it was down to the ref/Cas playaed poorly.
I don't think Cas were as good as they have being but then we sapped them, got on our feet quickly (thus pressuring them to niggle at the PYB) and defensively we were excellent so as much as Cas weren't on their a game we made them look a bit ordinary at times because of what the players were doing to conteract them. In that the players and Radford should take all the plaudits because as I said earlier in the thread it was our best disciplined game all season and the mental fortitude/tenacity was exceptional
Never has so much drivel been typed by one person. Are you a reporter for the sun?

I wondered why that was called back. Bentham said it hit a castleford player but kelly never lost it forward at any point

I gave my reason why I think we went for goal.
I was not criticising your post or the fact that we went for goal kicks which for me was the correct decision I was just saying what would have happened had we not gifted Castleford 18 points as the Cas fans keep saying we only won by 8 points.

I couldn't understand why we didn't go wide left more after talanoa cut through their defence with ease for his try. It seemed after that we didn't move it wide that way at all despite some good field position early on
I recorded that and watched it back sunday. It's always interesting what current players have to say and I thought tomkins came up with some interesting stuff. Good to see peacock lining his pockets instead of watching championship rugby in east hull although I don;t find his insights into the game particularly insightful. wilkin and tomkins are much better
