That is quiet for him Always solid defensively and returning kicks for good yards, that try was more what we've been missing this season.

Thought Green and Tommo were really good and what an astute re-signing Washy has turned out to be. Couldn't see a win yesterday but put firmly in my place. Never quite know what you're getting on the Hull FC roller coaster but it's rarely dull at Ull.
Shaul and Albert was our x factor last night. Thought Green was outstanding especially in first half when he played big minutes. Big shout out to the bench who all stood up very well. Masi showed with more experience and self belief he has the tools to be a very handy player for the future. Turgut yet again showed he has been a captain and lower level as although it may not always be the right decision at the time if he sees something on he's prepared to go for it. Rather have that than just a young kid scared to do anything he's not been told to. Very happy with what I saw last night

That pass was totally on the money. If you watch Rawsthorne had his eyes on the defender rather than the ball.
That pass happens every 5 mins in NRL and it's part of Nick's steep learning curve.
Was Connor's diving interception really a knock on ?
SO glad to see the team play with so much grit and effort. Such a young bench as well.
Watched this game without taking my eyes away from the screen or fast forwarding as it was so enjoyable.
Really? The absolute epitome of a brain far pass. Nothing on. Going across your own line 10 out. Even if Rawsthorne caught it he was getting smashed almost simultaneously thus losing the colision n maybe the ball. Nothing to be gained from it. Exactly the play and type of error is the reason we've been struggling for weeks. Thankfully cost nothing and we went on and him particularly to put it right
Great to get the win with all of those first choice players out. When we hold the ball and minimise the penalties conceded we're a good side. Sort out the defence and we'll be in with a shout of a trophy this season

I'd written this game off when I saw both the sides, but was proven wrong, and happy to be too. Before the match I thought the Wigan forwards would be too strong for us but our lads really stood up. Some top individual performances out there too.
Hopefully a massive confidence booster for the tough run of games ahead
