Your showing a lot of bias there, incredible really. Parcell is clearly and by absolutely miles the best hooker in Super League, and the only reason Leeds are where they are.
Ablett would be in any combined team, and Ward is clearly way above Milner, without putting down what Milner is bringing at all. Shenton has been a very good player for Cas and very under rated, but Moon is a much better and consistent performer.

I respect your opinion, and it is all opinion of course. I'm not sure the bias is incredible, but it is there! Moon is a very good player, I give you that. Yesterday McShane clearly out performed Parcell, but hookers interchange. I have included Ward. I don't see what Carl would bring over those named, but again, I don't see Leeds week on week. I'm glad I'm not Bennet.

Sorry, but in what way did McShane outperform Parcell? you must have been watching a different game to me yesterday, where Parcell yet again makes just short of another 50 tackles, and was instrumental to our defence. But regardless of that, yesterday wasn't quite relevant, it should be looked over more than a game yesterday.

Think he won players player, fans player and coaches player of the year at Cas last year and has continued his form and some into this season.
Castleford has some good players and a few should be past their best average ones and it's because of that the Castleford employee I would like to see return to the Headingley hot seat is the one sat in the stand.
The proviso there is that the CEO gives him the budget and lets him get on with the job.
It's a long season and the first half yesterday showed Cas won't have it all their own way if they want to win silverwear at which point the lack of star quality could yet bite.

In what is a league of mediocrity i am intrigued about cas. If we don't win any silverware I would be happy to see them succeed. I have this feeling when Wigan get the big guns fit again they will choke the life out of cas ,should they meet in a sudden death game.

Parcell goes in, swap him from the bench. I haven't put McMeeken in, an international forward.
Another post refers to Cas's lack of star quality! Three current England starters, an international stand off, two international centres, Jesse and Junior walking into Samoa's team, and Millo, one of the most highly respected forwards in the game. Some of those "big club" supporters won't have it will they.
As far as the hype around the media for Cas, which is resented by many, it's not coming from the club, and DP is constantly trying to keep a lid on it, so don't blame Cas, who are simply playing what's in front each week.

Tvoc, totally agree we won't have it all our own way. We have hull away in the cup, that will be a damn tough game, if we win that, we will have either wire Wigan salford wakefield or Leeds, all capable of beating us. I knew yesterday would be a totally different game to round 3. We could face Leeds another 4 times this season, none of which will be a walk in the park for either side.
Just for fun a select 17
Zak Hall Shenton (over watkins based on his leadership and defence) Moon Minikin Roberts Gale Cuthbertson McShane Millington McMeeken Ferres (1.5 stone lighter though) Ward
Ablett Moors Parcell (would add some zip against tiring defence but imo Mcshane controls the ruck more so should start) Jessie Sene Lafeo
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."
An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.
Watched the game back today, as I was working yesterday when it was shown live. I must say, I was fuming at how Hardaker acted throughout the whole time. The kid's got bags of talent, there's no question, but the way he was chucking his arms about and chelping towards the Leeds players was a disgrace. He may do well to remember who put him on a pedestal, and stood by him when he was his usual D$ckhead self when out on the lash and causing bother. Who is it that actually still owns his registration again? Want to show some respect towards the club and uncle Gazza Zak lad.
