So really the soccer team have being underpaying for best part of 5 years. allam should have already known this was going to happen and the amount go up considerably before it was even announced. but using the rateable value based on approx half use of the stadium should in itself then see the increase be based on that portion surely? What about the community aspect of the stadium (one presumes the value is based on all the facilities at the stadium?) does that part also attract the same treatment?

Well the Allams won't want anything to do with the KCOM Stadium anymore now surely after all they've been building a new one at Melton for the last few years so must be ready by now........................................... oh hang on minute that was more billy buIIsh1t from them.

Don't worry, if you believe yesterday's Mail on Sunday (and I agree thats a stretch) then he's teaming up with that nice man Tony Blair to bring peace, justice and prosperity to Britain so everything should work out good in the end.
I see city were only paid £97m by the Premier League this season - more than Leicester got last year when they won the league. And the parachute payments for Villa, Newcastle and Norwich were £41m each.
