I'm really not trolling, one of your fellow fans was being arrogant but obviously forgot that times have changed..... no longer on this forum does anyone hear "it's cas cup final" instead we hear how we haven't won anything.... seems it's now a bit more like your cup final. The last 2 times you have played us you have been humiliated, you can't really argue that we are the best team in Yorkshire when every team has played each other and we are sitting top of the league.

Let's see what it leads to though. We had Hudds fans on here for a few years saying they were now better than us whenever they beat us or were ahead of us in the table.....how much have they really got to show for it in the end?

The Huddersfield comparison is a fair one. As well as Cas are playing, and they are i don't think anyone would argue that, winning silverware is the final step to rubber stamp a side and its not an easy one to take as proved in the case of Huddersfield and lets not forget Warrington still have no GF win.
That said, i don't think the quality of side standing in the way of Cas is of the same quality that stood in the way of Huddersfield for half a decade so if they can maintain this form or close to it they do have every chance in both competitions.

Great trolling! I'm on the hook! As has been said Hudds were the dominant team in Yorkshire for quite a few years! Their dominance so great they won nowt! Just like Cas. Cas fans are dining out on league wins. That says it's still your cup final, where as we hammered you the last time we were in an actual final.

Can't really call it a cup final when you haven't beaten us since that game and since then you've gone on to lose by over 50 points twice.
Still I'm sure it must hurt losing to a small town on the outskirts of Wakefield with an old aging stadium and players deemed unworthy for your grand elite club.
We'll just go back to being happy where we currently are, if we win a final this year then this season will mean something otherwise ah well, at least it's better than being at the bottom of the league and the team that others used to put 50+ on.
