Probably no bad thing for us long term. We have 3 fit props for sunday plus fash is in great form and taylor has had a fortnight break and a short holiday in oz so will come back nice and refreshed. I thought he'd looked a bit jaded in the last couple of games for us
I can't say I'm too impressed with the initial squad selection as it has 2 props sitting it out. Barring last minute injuries then you would expect one to miss out as you'd need to take cover but 2? That means it was unbalanced.
As has been said though at least Taylor should avoid injury. How about the scousers though, their 2 best players left twiddling their thumbs and one being replaced by a player who hasn't started in his position all year.

Hardaker centre wtf - Heightington plus that other average aussie (Mcqueen) playing too then Brown in the halfs - massive wtfs!!!!! - feck me Mcnamaras selections were much better than this clowns

Whole selections a joke apart from Gale, Hodgeson, McMeeken and Hill and Hardaker though he shouldnt be in because hes just a cn*t!

If there's a better English centre out there than Watkins, I've yet to see him. Similar for McGillvary, he was one of most effective players in last years tests. You could maybe make a call for Joe Burgess I suppose. Ratchford is a great squad player to have do to his versatility (although why he's not put Hardaker FB I don't know). O'Loughlin, again is there a better English 13 out there?

To say watkins is crap is ludicrous to me ha. Ratchford given the circumstances would be my 6 Percival would be centre with Watkins Hardaker at 1 Brown in England O loughlin in England with burgess at 13 freeing up a spot for a more dynamic forward thsn o loughlin. Coin toss between Taylor and walmsley All my opinion of course Can't even bring myself to discuss the two ozzies
