What happens when Houghton is fit again, do we still go with him off the bench or do we encourage Litten to get more game time?
if we have a bench of Bowden, Litten/Washbrook, Thompson and Fash, it looks a little light but frankly on harder pitches I'm not averse to having more mobile forwards on the bench.
Why we have a hooker on the bench when Houghton plays 80 minutes, matbevin a year or two when Litten is ready and Houghton is older, but he is only 17 and would be waste of a bench spot,
Washbrook would be on my bench every week and should get a 12 month deal
