Why do you need to know who it is? you wouldn't know him from Adam. Although I could hazard a guess if anyone was linked with Hardaker, Ferres, Watkins, and a few other players on any social media, there would probably be silly photos all over it with this guy.

Within 15 seconds of reading your post, I quickly put in google for Kallum Watkins and picked up from social media a picture of the said gentleman I was speaking of, around a casino table, with Watkins, and Zak, and others.
