All told a much better experience than going to Poorhouse Lane. Delighted that Hull got back to winning. There are still problems with ball retention through silly penalties and daft plays but the goal line defence was much better today so there is something to work on.
And the very best to Leigh next week as I hope they stick it to the dobbins.
Thanks, but we're really having to tough it out atm with our missing key players. But that's the way it goes sometimes. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to the LSV. Best team won today.

Thought Radders decision to play Watts at loose man, on Friday, was an excellent one but don't have the rotation props to fill the gap, unless Ellis moves up. Watts has pace and the offload to make a fist of it.

Currently an impact prop off the bench has got to be top of the wish list for next season. Although Matongo hasn't let anyone down in the few games he's played. We can't have him as the fifth choice prop for now.

Thats the one thing we miss this season with the departure of Pritchard is that extra impact off the bench so far this season with Watts' ban and injurys to Green & Bowden plus the game missed by Tag .
Whether you thought he brought Value for Money or not he brought that extra impact off the bench which we have been missing and created holes in the oppositions defence that were exploited.
Think both Fash and Matongo have done well and in time will be good players for us but we do lack size and impact off the bench currently particurlay with the absence of Danny Houghton stiffening up the middle.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Reckon Taylor could do well off the bench, with Fash and Matongo both stepping up to take their chances recently I'm impressed and think they could both see a lot more games, and could start in his place. Taylor coming on after 15-20 minutes running like the madman he is could be devastating. And not like we'd have to worry about him only being capable of 10 minutes like the impact players of a few years ago.

Agree about Taylor, sounds like Fash had a good game yesterday.
Despite only doing 15-20 minutes I thought Litten looked good, faster at the ruck and slightly better passing than Washy and a good scoot for Wattsys break. Fonua was very good, always got the better of drinkwater...just needs to focus on ball retention in his own half!
