Goodness me. After all your spleen-venting on Friday you're still not happy despite having saved £200 by not going again. It's almost as though you would you have preferred a loss today to fuel further denigration of the club. Strange..

No not at all - im happy for the win but unhappy that it makes people like yourself get all giddy. Forget the table - look at this seasons performances or indeed last seasons from about 2-3 games before the CC final - we have been very average throughout. You wont see that of course as the mouthpiece of the club but quite a few others do hence the static 11000 attendences.

"Getting all giddy"? What have I said to justify that comment?

The final league table (which of course is the only one that matters) is based over the full year though and last year we finished a very creditable third.
Attendances aren't static at 11,000 - the ones in your timeframe have gone
Pretty healthy. I'd love us to get 13,000 or more every game but then all barring a couple of the other clubs in Super League would be delighted with what we get.

It's not about being fickle, it's about judging if spending X is worth it (for any given individual) if the entertainment aren't going to make much effort/be a poor spectacle as per the Salford and Leeds games then why should fans be expected to pay good money (just to avoid being called fickle or unloyal as many do) especially if that is running into three figures when taking kids and drinks/food out into account.
Its a Sunday afternoon game against Cas.We missed a big opportunity against Leeds to add some fans but i expect a 14000 crowd as Castleford will bring at least 2000. Cant see us winning as we struggle against the fast ball moving teams who offload at will as we did against Salford and Leeds, and Castleford on their day are a step up on those teams.

Tbf so far this year Cas are a step up from everyone. Apparently we may have Houghton, Green and Griffin back, Bowden a chance also. TBH I'd probably keep 1-7 as per today.

Houghton and Green a plus, doesnt look like Bowden will make it. Griffin adds nothing for me.Had one decent game going forward against Wigan, then we found out that Gelling had suffered an injury during the warm up and played on but was taken off later in the game. The less said about his defence the better. So i agree keep 1 to 7 as per today.

we were warned by the Salford fans on here though so hardly unexpected, he's been gash quite frankly.
