Goes without saying. And actually, that's probably more realistic than my proposal. I doubt Chalmers and Lowe have the personal resources to pull something like that off. Get some others involved though and between them they might just have the balls to make it happen.

Well someone would have to come in his place I suppose? It's just the seed of an idea, but I can see men being signed over the next few months able to fill a gap. Ideally they'd all come at once for maximum impact.

Unfortunately I can see it happening, out of our current half backs we have Thacks (1st on the team sheet), Briggs (has been injured most of the year), Aston (on loan from Leeds) and Wildie (much better rotating at hooker IMO). And the rumor on the street is that Briggs and JS haven't been seeing eye to eye.

So how about the following:
Chisolm straight swap for Briggs (played well at Sheffield previously)
Chisolm to Fev and Briggs to Bradford (not as good a time at Bradford, but was SL)

Personally I'd like to have a fit happy Briggs playing at Fev.

Could have some legs. Mick mentioned a bit back that there was 2 possible scenarios, both good for Bulls. 1 could be us signing Chisholm, the 2nd could be him going to Fev and us getting Briggs. I know he isn't the most credible source but may explain why everything is taking so long ...
