No, no, no. Giving Danny the chance to recover fully could be crucial to the remainder of the season. Panic rushing a player back is a sure fire way of risking a further/larger injury imo.

Absolutely imagine playing Houghton, beating Leeds but he injures his calf and is out for the season, it's a tough ask but we can beat Leeds without Houghton, nothing is one this early, a defeat isn't a disaster, a long term injury to Houghton would be.

As you and Karen say, it simply isn't worth the risk. Winning the league gets you nothing, CC and playoffs are the only trophies that count.

Don't know how true it is, but been to the stadium this morning and speaking to a kid I know who works there and said everyone is back barring Tuimavave. Can't see Houghton playing myself. Also asked about the Magic weekend kit but wouldn't give anything away. Although did say we've kind of seen it before and different. Thinks it'll be a really good seller.
