Would an "impact prop" been as cheap as Michaels?

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Must be a Moa type player who could have done what we needed.

I'd probably drop Talanoa after Friday to be honest :)

That's the difficulty isn't it. You want youngsters to get as much first team experience as possible, but at the same time the coach/club need results and have to play their best team available.

Wigan aren't playing Forsyth, Davies & Marshall at the moment for their development. They're playing because Burgess, Gildart & Manfredi are injured.

What Wigan do better than every other club, and I used Wigan as they're the benchmark in this regard, is develop their youngsters so that they're able to slot into the first team as seamlessly as possible. This isn't a fluke. They play the same systems throughout their club, so when called upon, a youngster as well as having the skills, understands the system and exactly what their job is when they step up.

Would love Moa back, or someone similar

I'll take your word for that as I haven't seen him play since he left FC, maybe I should say "Moa as he was at FC".

First year at the Roosters, Moa was outstanding, but then he lost his impact and became a prop who did decent minutes, and that eroded the kind of player he was good at

So, he admits he doesn't like the hard work, just the glory.
