Of course the squad isn't good enough , proven by the massive defeats we have suffered so far in SL
Except we haven't , have we ?
In a competition where apart from a couple of teams everybody is capable of beating anybody else we have performed well so far , still a lot of ongoing work to be done , which is the very nature of competing at the top level of any sport , the margins between winning and losing are very small

You mean the Team that is slowly building into a really competitive side bringing in some fantastic young players through our excellent Academy system. Other than off field dramas we are now starting to look a better team. Yes when we we we entered Super League many years ago we had to do the same as Leigh but often you have to sign what is available its a slow process. I hope you can really bring through some local talent in the coming seasons but please do not patronise Wakefield as has been's or making the numbers up. We may not have a sugar daddy as an owner but we have a great straight talking chairman who is running the club with integrity and within its means based on its income.
You have played some great stuff and got some points which takes the pressure off but its a long season so see how it goes.

You could always get Degsy to get his cheque book out again, Wakefield's got plenty of young talent that cannot get a game, a shame really you don't have any of your own coming through though, a lot cheaper and more satisfying than buying old has beens where you don't get much of a return for your money, where as Wakefield shop wisely and get full value for their players'.

Wonder what sprung you into action. A decade behind a closed door, then emergency tactics 2015 and all of a sudden it's cheaper. You're telling us 2015 wasn't costly for you? How much youth did you bring in?

Our youngsters' were not ready in 2015 that's why the club had to recruit players to keep us in SL, as was well documented at the time to replace those who left that did not have the stomach to stay and fight it out. Those said youngsters' are now ready to challenge for a first team spot, unlike your club who rely solely on recruiting over the hill cast offs, maybe when Degsy gets wind of them he might try and flash the cash for some of them after all it's got to be cheaper than setting up an academy.

Listen Mr dickie head, Leigh are still at a progression stage. If Wakey hadn't won the 2015 mpg ,they would be in the brown stuff. So don't come on here spouting about your academy bile.
