In what position?
Whilst Shaul is an excellent rugby league FB I don't beleive he would fit into RU as a FB as that sport is now he just doesn't have the skillset.
He stated catagorically he wouldn't want to play on the wing for the club in the past so i can't see any club wanting to come in for him tbh.
This is the sport he is best suited to and with some improvements in certain areas could be sniffing around the England set up, can't be any worse than what we've seen the last few years.

I'm just grateful he got through all that horrendous bullying, couldn't have been easy for him.
Good that we've tied him up although he’s still got plenty to learn.

Hopefully the introduction of Connor will help Shaul to kick on with a bit of healthy competition. As others have stated on other threads, with the ball in hand he sometimes looks a bit lost, but I guess it depends what you want out of a fullback. His support play is exceptional.

Im a love to hate character on here but do i give a fook? Not in the slightest i do.

You are you and sometimes have very valid arguments but the crew know far too easily how to wind you up and to get a reaction. Ignore them and follow your own agenda as you see it just like i do.

The clubs in a good place atm and needed much critism in the past including your petition (which i signed) but lets all look forward and get behind the the club & team and have a great next season - Come On You Ullllaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jamie was bullied into signing his extension, poor kid.

I imagine a libellous accusation about Radford bullying the youngsters would be taken more seriously.



Regards to Shaul, terrific season and fully deserved an extension. I was glad to see in the interview that he knows he still has a couple of weaknesses to address, which if fixed should help propel him closer to the England FB position. We saw in the 4N just how valuable a ball handling FB is at that level with Boyd, and ultimately it was why Lomax was picked ahead of him.

It's also good to have someone of the quality of Connor pushing him for a place as well as having the ability to slot in as cover if needed.
