The half backs control the team and match yet he picked 3 different pairings for all 3 matches, for me Williams should be 1st name with Widdop as his partner.

Williams and Sneyd. I think England need someone who can find the touchline and convert from it.
As fans of Hull FC after 2016 I'd like to think that there are things that we are particularly good at recognising namely team spirit, tenacity, passion and a willingness to do it for your fellow player, the fans and the badge. That's down to the culture in the group and that was what was for me throughout this tournament sadly missing. Best Coach in the world maybe but not the bloke to get a group of players firing with pride after a long hard season, too much favouritism towards Aussie based players is one thing but whoever you pick the culture and spirit has to be right and for me that aspect has looked better with NZ, Australia and even Scotland. At least they all appear to want to win for each other and reflect a bit of pride.

Poor showing in this 4 Nations. Bennet tried to get us play the NRL model, 5 drives and a kick, but we are not going to beat NZ and Australia at doing that. We needed to play to our strengths, an offload game, getting the ball wide. I honestly think Watts would have been great had he been picked, he offers something the other props dont. Thought Lomax got better as the tournament went on, Jermaine Mc. was outstanding, Hall pretty good too. Watkins showed a bit more yesterday but other than that was anonymous. Percival needs to have a big year next year and work on his handling in the collision as lost the ball a few times when nearly through. Williams looked good in the limited game time he got, we need a scrum half desperately. Bateman i have always thought to be too lightweight, but thought he was excellent yesterday. Burgess twins were pretty poor, as was Cooper. Sam Burgess shouldnt be captain, could tell it was making him try too hard. James Graham - dont think he offers much anymore. Next year i think a pack of Taylor, Watts, Hill, Walmsley, S. Burgess, Bateman and Currie would offer different threats. It was criminal not to have Daryl Clark in the 17 yesterday

you would maybe have thought that the RL would have at least checked the safe play dimensions of Anfield before placing the most prestigious international game this season there wouldn't you? There's nothing that can be done now so we will be breaking international rules for the game to go ahead. ' http://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/858826579?-4338:2393
