Heard from two people (one Hull one Dobbins) that he had signed.
Wonder if the hold up is down to the release of Pritchard not being finalised.

I don't condone that either, but I also wouldn't be too sure about Albert being a reformed character, we are the third club he has left under a cloud. But I'm sure it will all be different when he is with the mighty Hull!

Just a case of having the correct checks, measures and sanctions in place.
The signing is a risk in many respects, but the dearth of talent in Super League means clubs have to take such risks nowadays.

Was only saying this today to someone regarding Barrett at Wigan. Seems hard to believe now we could attract such a good player to Super League.

I don't see why? He's no more or less likely to sign for us than he was a few days ago. It's all speculation anyway. Hull have neither confirmed nor denied that they've offered him a contract.

Just saying what I've heard about Radfords thoughts, I'm not saying anything on the matter. He may not fit or he could be a World beater for us, only time will tell. If you want to know why Rovers never played him I suppose you would have to ask Peacock or Hudge at the next forum. I'm not really interested about his former clubs to be honest.
