Soooo...silly Wigan are now obliged to play a WCC game in the UK, meaning their pre arranged fane with Brusbane may not go ahead. Wonder what the odds are of us cancelling our 9 day pre season camp to Spain and jetting off to the Suncorp are! Perhaps might even have to fly out our 1st super league opponents too

The word in the Aus RL media is that Sharks V Wigan will be played in Sydney.

Would have been nice to have and a memorable game for us, but I don't think its the money spinner some think it is...you have to pay a fee up front to cover the Aussie teams travel and hotel costs, then add in the cost of renting the KC and I think you'd get a bit of a profit but not massive money.

Certainly an expensive venture. Disappointed though, would have been a very rare chance to see us play an NRL side. Positives in theory being avoiding a hammering and getting an advantage over the top 2.
