Pearson said on Radio we are in talks with 2 backs a 6 and out side back so that's walker out the window thank god, our pack doesn't need beefing up we are strong enough to challenge anyone in the pack with young Osborne coming through also, I think we may loan out a couple of young lads Logan and Abdul would be my guess they both need game time this year and I can not see them getting that at Fc, unless we have a bit of an injury crisis but both v good prospects so would not want to lose them a year at say Leigh would be ideal
Sio's family are back in Oz aren't they?. Can see him going back there. Maybe Wigan are after the Dobbins other winger (so I was told today). Can't see Watts going anywhere. Think he's one of the leaders of the group now. Unless they're looking to replace him with Walker. Again, I can't see it. Love the rumours flying about. I'll be sad when we announce who we've signed!

Cant see them getting much game time either at Leigh. Probably better with a Championship club for game time.

Rovers need a new team or there abouts, It could work well for both teams if they went for a year but would we even consider loaning players to rovers or would their pride allow them to accept but young players like Logan, Abdul and Naughton need game time into them at this stage of the careers

Not sure about this loaning players out - we need to have an "instant recall" clause in any deal. We got burnt out by our lack of injury crisis in 2016, so I hope we'll be rotating more next season, to keep players fresh for the business end of the season. We need the younger, fringe squad members to be available at all times, but fresh enough to make a contribution. Hopefully the coaching team have got plans anyway.

As you state it's Ok sending fringe players out on loan but what happens if we pick up a few injuries. Due to good backroom staff and luck we had few injuries last season. There's no guarantee it will be the same next season.
On a another matter there is footage of a young Nick Rawsthorne on a well known site. Despite the poor standard he looks to have a lot of potential.

That's why we rum a 23s A loan for some may be the only way the cap will work On signings I think were short of a prop looking at the other big teams around us. Think we've shown the way in regards to having a dominant pack and they're looking to close the gap Wire wigan n saints especially look like running with 6 plus props
