A couple of questions: Do relegated overseas players count on the quota- I think they do, there was something with Crusaders once and exemptions, but think that was different Are overseas quotas the same for Championship clubs? Just thinking if so, Rovers would have to release some players potentially unless similar exemptions apply to relegated clubs?
