I sort of hope we don't sign Escare because that will surely be a sign that Sam is out of part of next year. If he is though then I don't think we could get a better stand in to be fair (in a realistic world).
He's exciting to watch and just looks like he needs somebody to believe in him again. He could cover wing when Tomkins is back or potentially give us the option of Sam in the halves.
Dave Taylor looks to be leaving Catalans, I'd be disappointed if we didn't go for him to be honest. Taylor, FPN, Ben Flower and (a very much improved) TT is a good pack IMO.

Not for me thanks. Though undoubtedly a great player in the NRL, it seems like he's developed a can't be arsed attitude and looked lazy and lethargic last Friday.
It also looked as if you could safely rest a pint pot on his ginormous backside too!
'Do you remember when we had that meeting in Orlando? We talked about how we were knocked out the previous year by Leeds. And at the end, I asked you one question. "Do you want to be a semi-final team? Or do you want to do something special?" You all said you wanted to win. But talking is easy – it needed you to believe. It needed you to work hard – harder than you had – and make sacrifices. You did all that. you worked for each other. You stuck together when it was tough. And because of your efforts, you sit here tonight as champions. I'm proud of you. Be proud of yourselves. You've done something special.' Shaun Wane's post-Grand Final speech. 5th October 2013.
I've watched Taylor a few times this year and whilst he's clearly enjoying the French wine, beer, food etc his form has looked pretty good. I've seen a few games where he's put an absolute shift in.
I doubt Wigan will have that sort of money but I wouldn't be against a move. I'd like to see him shed a few ponds and get him running outwide in the back row.
