wire will still field a strong team and may actually be better with proper wingers and full back. tony smith knows that the LLS is window dressing and the real prize is the SL trophy hence he's resting gidley and sandow. With a full strength team (which is amazing in itself at this time of the year), we really should win comfortably but it depends if our CC final hangover has been cured

yes, there's a bit of a danger here that we treat this as a major final like the CC, and then struggle to get up for the semi final in a weeks time. if we win we celebrate for a bit, pick up the trophy then we concentrate on the even bigger game the week after
Totally agree with James about not settling for just winning the Cup. Never understood that mentality, yet I keep hearing this from our supporters all the time. I want us to win everything over and over again. I feel that some of our fans are a little scared of having a successful team, maybe they've just got used to us being perennial under achievers.

Radders comes out with some great quotes. When asked about who gave out Hull's Wembley shirts he said Dave Basset. (Stuart Pearce gave out Wire's) Last week against Wakefield he said about the referee squeezing 10 meters to 15 something about Purple Aki.

Matt was told last week that 1 v 4 is Thursday and 2 v 3 is Friday as in theory, that should be the closer game.
