Delighted for both of them - well deserved recognition of their efforts. If I had a vote I'd go for Gareth Ellis but I'd be very happy to see Danny Houghton win it.

Fantastic achievement by both players and the club to have two players nominated. Either one would deserve it but for me Ellis just edges it.

solomona isn't even the best player at cas and it would be a joke if he won it for running in tries for a mid table team with no major influence on the season. chris hill would have been a far more worthy nominee. As good as ellis is, houghton has been more influential in our season by some margin and would be my choice by a country mile
