Should beat Wakey on paper so if Wire win LLS next week and we beat Wakey I think we get 2nd as Wigan then can't overtake us without a big points difference swing? Would make Wire home game a dead rubber - is that right?
Wigan beat Wire next week , It's all back on for the last game of the season .. Should we beat Wakey of coarse .
Carlos had his best game at six for FC tonight but Tautai had his best game for Pies, unstoppable at times and offloaded too, did he get MOM? We win the next two and Pies beat Wire, LLS to us and another horrible tussle with Pie munchers, simples. Just don't get Ullfc and his post about taking the gloss off a great season mind!!!!!

However got to bear in mind that if anyone had said we would win the Cup and finish top4 at the start of the season you'd have sent them to the drug testers! its been an incredible year and a more subdued end won't take the gloss off it.
Yeah your right, that'so why leeds lost 3 straight after winning the challenge cup last season
Important to beat wakey now even if it means a dead rubber game v warrington. Change the side and give the big guns week off before the semi finals

Given our dismal home record against Wigan it's a far more appealing proposition. We still have to beat Wakefield of course but if we do a Saints home play off looks likely.

Wigans attack was far better than ours? Really? Alright we had a bad last 20, but for 60 minutes we were far more threatening and creative. Wigans attack is boring the say the least, in fact their whole style of play is frustrating to watch. If the game was policed how it should be, to encourage fast PTBs and expansive play (I.e police the holding down and offside) Wigan would be mid table.
