Well, unironically, probably yes. The NRL may highlight his weaknesses (as it has done with Joe Burgess, although to credit Joe, he has much improved in recent weeks), but by SL standards, Hardaker is still a very good player.
BTW, I just watched the NZ Warriors' final capitulation of the season, getting hammered by the Eels after leading 12-0, but once again Tommy was one of their best, if not the best. A try assist after two minutes, an identical one dropped over the line by Vatuvei just before half-time, he was a constant threat in attack and defence in the first half. Unfortunately, in the second half the Eels decided to keep the ball and not share it at all with the Warriors.
