Knockersbump, I said underneath my post that he's no number 9 and I also actually think his tackling is improving and please tell me your not going to say he was at fault for two of those tries last week otherwise I give up. The Bin man ran from his line diagonally on two occasions and left him isolated. I have a feeling that if Naughton got a run on the wing he would keep improving. In the early part of the season his finishing was deadly, we just don't seem to get the ball out wide enough at times and rely too much on our forwards.

oh Yawn, isn't this the default idiots retort when someone decides they don't agree with what someone else has written, Grow up ffs! there was nothing incorrect in what i wrote some 15-16months ago, that Radford got lucky in so far as the owner actually deciding we needed to spending some cash and getting decent players otherwise Radford was taking us no-where at that point in time and we were absolutely dreadful so I'm not apologising. As I said at the beginning of the season, we should be getting a squad like ours into the top 4 and I've given congratulations throughout the season.
But back to CT, he may have played at 6 as a schoolboy that doesn't mean that that role is suited to his game, as many others have said, they'd rather have him at centre than SO getting narky because someone has a differing opinion just sets you into the troll group that frequent here.

To be fair Jake defence is one thing that Carlos has improved since he has been here. He will make a good centre, has good feet, can pass a ball, fair pace and is alert enough to back up the runner when breaks are made.

Forget his school days for a moment.
After becoming a Professional rugby league player when he signed for Canterbury Bulldogs in 2010 he has played at Junior International, Senior International, NRL (Top tier, reserves and U 20's ) and Super League levels. In all that time he has only played a handful of games at centre and full back compared to his primary position No 6. I repeat from my earlier post "throughout his career his primary position has been at No6."
Where he plays from now is up to Radford and the coaching staff and personal opinions on here count for nothing as far as they are concerned. Mine for what it is worth is that he is a far better No6 than a centre.
Glad you have put me into the troll group basket- will try to justify my elevation there and practice my narkyness.
